Jason L. Hendrix, O.D., CEO
Dr. Jason Hendrix started his own private practice in 2007. After the process, he assisted other colleagues with the opening of their own offices. That is when Fluid’s 10-step process for the development of an optometric practice was born. Utilizing Fluid’s practice management, his office is in the top 5% for revenue per exam. Dr. Hendrix has served as a consultant for Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Alcon Pharmaceuticals, Vistakon, and CyberEyes Imaging. He is also a proud member of Vision Source, American Optometric Association and the North Carolina State Optometric Society.
Charles J. Turner, O.D., Director of Consulting
Despite competing with 50 ECPs within 20 miles, Dr. Turner's office has seen double-digit growth every year since its opening in 2005, and ranks in the top 5% for many industry benchmarks. His success is due in part to detailed statistical tracking, focused recruiting, catering to quality patients, and reducing the Doctor's time in the office.
Aside from practicing Optometry, Dr. Turner is an outside consultant with Johnson and Johnson, started KMK Optometric Business Educators, and founded Blue Bird Educational, a Contact Lens Workshop company.
